This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach supported by quantitative analysis obtained from user survey results, digital traffic data, and documentation of public information services recorded by PPID. The results of the study show that the public information disclosure policy at UIN Bandung has been quite effective in providing access to information that is transparent, easy to reach, and in accordance with regulations. The level of public satisfaction is relatively high, supported by the increase in digital access over time, as well as the responsiveness of public information services. However, there are several areas for improvement, especially related to digital channel optimization, sustainability of socialization, and improving the quality of face-to-face services. These findings affirm the importance of synergy between policies, digital technology, and public services in realizing an accountable and participatory university.
Tedi Priatna Copyright (c) 2025 Global Education Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-09-19 2025-09-19 3 3 1 8 10.59525/gej.v3i3.972 Lecturers’ Strategies to Enhance PGMI Students’ Pedagogical Competence Through Digital Learning at Nurul Jadid University http://civiliza.org/journal/index.php/gej/article/view/983
This study aims to analyze the implementation of technology-based learning strategies in enhancing the pedagogical competence of PGMI students at Nurul Jadid University. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, involving respondents consisting of course instructors and 25 final-semester students. Data were collected through classroom observations, structured interviews, document reviews, and field notes. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify patterns in technology use and its impact on students’ pedagogical skills. The findings indicate that the application of blended learning provides high flexibility while maintaining the quality of academic interaction between lecturers and students. The use of interactive media, such as instructional videos, infographics, and digital quizzes, was found to improve content comprehension, stimulate active participation, and reduce learning fatigue. Furthermore, technology-based projects contributed to strengthening practical skills, creativity, teamwork, and students’ adaptability to advancements in educational technology. These results affirm that technology-based strategies are effective in preparing PGMI teacher candidates to meet the demands of modern education, while simultaneously enhancing their independent learning, self-confidence, and collaborative skills.
Feriska Listrianti Rofita Aprilia Putri Syahadatinah Firdaus Nimas Naila Maratus Alfi Khoirin Nisak Nur Iklimah Zuhri Copyright (c) 2025 Global Education Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-09-28 2025-09-28 3 3 9 15 10.59525/gej.v3i3.983
